PHONE ORDERS - PHASE 2

Phone orders will be taken during our regular business hours.  Increased wait times are likely during these times as staff will also be juggling customer needs inside the store.

TO PLACE YOUR PHONE ORDER, PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOL:

STEP 1:  Call the store at (608) 416-5629 to start your order.  You will be asked to for the following information:

a.) Your name and phone number.

b.) Whether you are placing an order for (1) in-store pick-up or (2) for shipping.

c.)  Provide us with as many details as possible (i.e., item numbers, name of products, type of vehicle you have, etc.).

STEP 2:  We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.  Some communications will be quick, others may require back-and-forth correspondence.

STEP 3:  During the call, we will finalize your order and communicate how we will plan to process your credit card payment.

STEP 4:  Once you pay for your order, you will receive a copy of your receipt. Your order will then be ready.

STEP 5:  Pickup your order during our regular business Hours or wait to receive your order if it is being shipped to you.

NOTES: In some cases, we may set up a PayPal invoice to process out-of-state orders and other unique situations. If you fail to call the store to process your payment, items will not be held for more than 24 hours!
