REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:
- All R/C registrations require a personal R/C vehicle and an EZ Laps transponder!
- Technical checks may occur at anytime throughout the race event!
CLASSES:
- STOCK*
- Chassis: 2WD On-Road, Kyosho MR-02/MR-03 only!
- Wheelbase: Any mini-Z scale
- Body: Any Kyosho ASC/White Body (full windshield and window must be installed)
- Motor: Brushed (Max. 50 Turn)
- Gearing: Pinion (6-9T), Kyosho plastic differentials only!
- Batteries: AAA NiMH only!
- PRO-STOCK*
- Chassis: 2WD On-Road: Kyosho MR-02/MR-03 only!
- Wheelbase: Any mini-Z scale
- Body: Any Kyosho ASC/White Body or Lexan street car/sports car/truck
- Motor: Brushed (Max. 50 Turn) / Kyosho Brushless (Max. 5600kV – ECO tuned)
- Gearing: Spur = Any, Pinion = Any, All aftermarket differentials allowed!
- Batteries: AAA NiMH only!
- MODIFIED
- Chassis: 2WD On-Road: Kyosho MR-02/MR-03, PNR2.5W
- Wheelbase: Any mini-Z scale
- Body: Any (full windshield and window must be installed)
- Motor: Brushed (Max. 43 Turn) / Brushless (Max. 5600kV)
- Gearing: FIXED GEAR = 10T Pinion (Orange) / 53T Spur (Yellow)
- Batteries: AAA NiMH
- OPEN
- Chassis: 2WD or 4WD On-Road, Any Brand
- Wheelbase: Any mini-Z scale
- Body: Any (full windshield and window must be installed)
- Motor: Any
- Gearing: Any
- Batteries: AAA NiMH, 2S Li-Po, 2S Li-ion
CLASS GUIDELINES:
- Four or more vehicles make a Class
- Class(es) must be indicated at the time of Registration
- Mini-Z rubber radial tires only; No silicone, homemade, Urethane, Ethyl Carbamate, or foam tires allowed!
- Prizes awarded for 1st and 2nd place finishers in the A-Main of each Class
- No refunds provided once race schedule commences!
RACING SCHEDULE:
- A series of Races (i.e. Heats and Mains) will be conducted to determine the Race Winner (for each Class)
- All Heats will be 5 minutes in length; 2-3 Heats will be run (for each Class), depending on total # of classes/entries each night.
- All Mains will be 6-10 minutes in length, depending on total # of classes/entries each night.
- Heats will run with “Staggered” timing = all vehicles will race against their own clock; Random start order
- All drivers will be divided into Mains (A, B, C, etc.), based on total # of Laps achieved in each Heat
- (TQ) Top Qualifier (for each Main) will be awarded to the racer with the highest lap count for a single Heat
- Mains will run with “Lemans” timing = all vehicles will race against the same clock
- Race Winner (for each Class) is the driver with the greatest quantity of Laps during the A-Main
RACING GUIDELINES:
- All drivers are expected to Turn Marshall, immediately following their own Race
- It is the responsibility of the driver to locate a Turn Marshall substitute (if necessary)
- The Race Director maintains full discretion over:
- The total quantity of classes, heats, etc. conducted each night
- The final outcomes of each Race
*Please note, Drivers who win STOCK or PRO-STOCK - 2 consecutive times or 3 total times will automatically ‘bump-up’ to the next higher class (if available). This rule offers newer drivers a better chance to win!
